  • After the initial scope of the event has been explained to us, we will be able to indicate to you the price guide that you should expect from most reputable and trustable industry suppliers.
  • Finally, we can explain to you the virtually limitless possibilities with an Insanity event and we start to structure a quote for us, using our tried and testing booking process.

Our typical booking process:

  • 1. Site Visit & Quote

    We visit the event site or venue with you, and discuss the requirements and services you require from us. Our staff can advise on all aspects of events, and are always happy to give guidance. After the visit, we will send you a full itemised quotation detailing exactly the services you are receiving from us, what the services are and how much each item costs. When you are happy, we issue a booking contract.

  • 2. Event Setup

    Depending on the scale of the event, our installation team will arrive on site days or weeks before the event date. The installation time required for the event is always clearly stated in your booking contract, and we can accommodate restricted access times. Your Event Manager will be on site from inception to make sure every detail is perfect, and to answer any questions you may have.

  • 3. The Event

    Now the fun starts. In the early hours of the event day, our in-house teams of technicians, crew, bar staff, caterers, venue decor and other departments will ensure that everything is ready to go when the 'house goes live'. Technical crew test equipment and the rig. The Event Manager maintains radio contact with all members of staff, crew and security to oversee all proceedings, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your event.

  • 4. Pack Down

    Usually the worst part of an event, the clean up. The Insanity team will dispose of all waste from the venue space, before taking down structures & marquees, and packing away all technical equipment. We'll leave your garden, or the venue spotless, ready for the next event. Our team can also work flexibly with restricted access hours and can organise a pack down plan for awkward timings.
